SLIM 125

The DOORGATE SLIM 125 glass door mechanism has been developed for intensive use. Brushless DC motor speed of up to 750 mm/s with smoothness and reduced noise, thanks to the implementation of a microprocessor (one of the most powerful on the market), which is capable of making 30 MIPs and 16 bits. The operating parameters are programmed into the control box in a simple and intuitive way by means of combinations of pulses, confirmations, etc.

It has been designed to allow the doors to be mounted closer to the centre of gravity, enabling the bearings and the entire mechanical system to last longer.

Complies with EN16005.

BRUSHES BUILT INTO THE PROFILE

The brushes built into the profile of the SLIM 125 create an effective seal that prevents dust and small particles from entering, preventing dirt from accumulating in the joints and the operator, which extends the life of the door system and reduces the need for frequent maintenance. The brushes are also important for the aesthetics of the environment, as the glass door mechanism is visible to passers-by, contributing to a cleaner image for the operator.

LED EMBEDDED IN THE PROFILE

The LED built into the profile of the SLIM 125 improves the user experience and the safety of the environment in which it is inserted, making the doors more visible, especially in places with low lighting, preventing collisions and accidents. The LED integrates into the minimalist design of the door, providing a modern and sophisticated look and adding aesthetic value to the space. This system is patented by DOORGATE.

SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATICALLY LEARNING THE SIZE OF THE SHEET(S);

This feature allows the motor and door controllers to automatically detect and memorise the dimensions and weight of the glass sheets, helping to optimise the operation according to the specifications.

DOUBLE RAIL DESIGN AND RUBBER CUSHIONING

This configuration significantly improves the performance, smoothness and durability of the opening and closing system. This design incorporates two parallel rails, along with rubber inserts, to provide more stable and quieter operation.

BRUSHLESS MOTORISATION - BRUSHLESS - 100W

The brushless motor, without any brushes, works unlike conventional commutator motors, eliminating friction, operating more linearly and powerfully and guaranteeing greater safety, silence and reliability.

INTEGRATED RECEIVER WITH WIRELESS PROGRAMME SELECTOR CONTROLS

This feature (optional) allows remote control of the door’s functions. This system uses a built-in receiver that communicates with a wireless remote control or control panel, making it easier to manage the door’s different operating modes.

MONITORED EXTERNAL SENSOR INPUT CONNECTIONS

The inputs offer an additional level of security and operational efficiency. The system continuously checks the status of externally installed sensors, such as motion, presence and security sensors, ensuring that they are working correctly.

ANTI-DERAILMENT SYSTEM

This feature guarantees the stability and alignment of the glass panes, preventing them from coming off their tracks during the opening and closing movement for safe and efficient operation that protects users.

CONNECTION TERMINALS FOR ACCESSORIES

These connection points integrated into the door allow you to connect various additional devices for more functionality. They are compatible with a wide range of equipment: electro-locks, motion sensors, access controls, programme selector, emergency battery, among others.

PROGRAMMABLE EMERGENCY BATTERY

This system allows the door to continue operating even in the event of a power failure. This system has an integrated battery and allows you to programme the functions that the door should perform in emergency situations, offering flexibility and security.

PROGRAMMABLE USAGE LIMIT

This feature allows you to set a maximum number of opening and closing cycles that the door can perform within a specific period (daily, weekly, etc.). This system is useful for controlling wear and optimising preventive maintenance.

CYCLE COUNTER

The usage cycle counter registers each opening and closing cycle of the door and is especially useful for monitoring the volume of use of the door, offering accurate data for maintenance, efficiency and safety purposes.
